  4. Any instances of bullying, harassment, or intimidation will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the residential school.

  5. Gurukul reserves the right to conduct routine room inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with school rules on an ad-hoc basis.

  6. Students are prohibited from bringing or consuming any unauthorized substances including but not limited to drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products, on Gurukul premises.

  7. Gurukul shall not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents occurring during extracurricular activities or off-campus excursions organized by the school.

  8. Students are required to attend all scheduled classes, activities, and events as per the school's academic calendar. Absences must be reported and justified to the school authorities.

  9. Parents or guardians must inform Gurukul in advance of any planned absences or leave requests for their ward, providing appropriate documentation if necessary.

  10. Gurukul reserves the right to suspend or expel any student whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the well-being of others or the reputation of the institution.

  11. Students are expected to maintain a respectful and cooperative attitude towards teachers, staff, and fellow residents, fostering a positive learning environment for all.

  12. Any instances of academic dishonesty, including cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorized collaboration, will be subject to disciplinary action as per the school's academic integrity policy.

  13. Students are responsible for completing assigned homework, projects, and coursework within the specified deadlines and to the best of their abilities.

  14. Students must adhere to the designated curfew hours and Gurukul rules regarding lights out, noise levels, and quiet hours to ensure a conducive environment for rest and study.

  15. Gurukul shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from unauthorized or misuse of recreational facilities, equipment, or amenities on the premises.

  16. Parents or guardians are responsible for maintaining regular communication with the residential school regarding their ward's academic progress, health, and well-being.

  17. Gurukul reserves the right to implement disciplinary measures, including detention, suspension, or expulsion, for repeated violations of gurukul rules or policies.

  21. Gurukul will provide nutritious and balanced meals to students as per the designated meal schedule, accommodating dietary restrictions or allergies as communicated by parents/guardians.

  22. Parents or guardians must notify the residential school of any changes to contact information, emergency contacts, or medical conditions affecting their ward's health or safety.

  23. Gurukul reserves the right to enforce dress code guidelines to maintain a professional and respectful appearance among students and staff members.

  24. Gurukul shall not be held responsible for any financial transactions or agreements entered into by students, including purchases, loans, or contracts made without parental consent.

  25. Parents or guardians must provide written authorization for their ward to participate in any off-campus activities, field trips, or educational course. Gurukul is not responsible for the safety of students outside of Gurukul premises.

  27. Students are responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic living environment in their assigned dormitories or residential units, following guidelines for waste disposal and cleanliness.

  28. Gurukul shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events beyond its control.

  29. Parents or guardians must ensure that their ward's financial accounts or allowances are managed responsibly, avoiding excessive spending or financial mismanagement.

  30. Gurukul reserves the right to conduct random drug tests or alcohol screenings to ensure compliance with its substance abuse policy and maintain a drug-free environment.

  31. Students are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect for opponents, coaches, and officials during athletic competitions and sporting events organized by the residential school.

  33. Parents or guardians must adhere to designated visiting hours and protocols when visiting the residential school premises, respecting the privacy and security of students and staff.

  40. Parents or guardians must notify the residential school of any changes to their ward's medical or immunization records, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  41. Gurukul reserves the right to impose sanctions for violations of its computer and internet usage policy, including restrictions on internet access, confiscation of devices, or suspension.

  42. Students are expected to demonstrate responsible behavior and respect for cultural norms, traditions, and customs, both within the residential school community and in interactions with external stakeholders.

  43. Gurukul will provide opportunities for spiritual growth, moral development, and character education, promoting ethical values and integrity among students.

  44. Parents or guardians must sign a release of liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks and hazards associated with certain activities or events organized by Gurukul.

  45. Gurukul shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from acts of nature, accidents, or incidents occurring outside its premises, including but not limited to transportation accidents, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
